Program Overview
Integrity Clinical Medical Center (“ICMC”) offers an optional SMS/Text Messaging program designed to keep patients informed about their care. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from ICMC, which may include:
• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
• Notifications about lab results or prescriptions
• Billing alerts and account notices
• Optional wellness tips, health updates, or service information
Message Frequency
Unless otherwise stated, participants may receive up to ten (10) messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, treatment plan, or selected services.

Opt-Out Instructions

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Integrity Clinical Medical Center is not responsible for charges billed by your carrier.

• You remain in full control of whether you continue receiving texts.
